Summer is approaching so it is time to get super serious about eating better for our beach bods! Mr. Kennedy and our Make America Healthy Again team are busy researching why American food companies think it is ok to poison us with chemicals in our foods-praise God for MAHA! Some countries have disease because of too little food-America has disease because of too much food! We should eat to live and not live to eat. We need to make better choices and always read food labels. Take your eating seriously because remember- we do not have a Health Care system, we never did. We have a Health sick system. You cannot rely on Dr's and medicines as they do not keep you healthy, they only mask symptoms. Please take food matters into your own hands and research what you are putting in your body-your temple of the Holy Sprit! 1 Corinthians 6:19- Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is within you, whom you have [received as a gift] from God, and that you are not your own [property]?

Here are some of my favorite healthy substitutes to eat naturally and best!

-Organic Stevia extract (with no other sugar type added)
-Dark maple syrup
-Monk Fruit sweetener
-Xylitol from birch
-But eat less sugar!! Processed sugar is more addictive than cocaine and causes fat
-Extra-virgin Olive oil- especially to dress salads
-Avocado oil-best for high heat
-Coconut oil-better for high heat
-Hemp oil
-Avocados
-Olives
-Raw nuts
-Raw seeds
-Raw seed oils
-Grass fed butter
-Pasture-raised chicken and eggs and dairy
-Grass fed beef
-Turkey
-Turkey bacon
-Wild caught fish
-Quinoa
-Brown rice
-Brown rice pasta
-Black rice
-Red rice
-Lentils- (sprouted ones heat up in 5 minutes!)
-Lentil pasta
-Beans (Banza chickpea mac-and-cheese is my fav!! I add canned tuna or salmon:))
-Whole grain bread
-Seed based bread
-Organic cow milk (regular milk contains too many hormones and anti-biotics)
-Almond milk
-Coconut milk
-Almond flour and based foods, desserts
-Coconut flour and based foods, desserts
-Organic dark chocolate
-Carob chips
-Cassava root chips, tortillas (I eat Siete brand chips!)
-Frozen fruits and vegetables- are not sitting in hot places before coming to market
-Sparkling water- no sugary drinks
-Purified water if possible
-Wheat grass powder/ Barley grass powder for caffeine substitute and to alkalize body
-lots of healthy natural ingredients calming drinks instead of alcohol out there now!
-Eat and drink more of what God made!!! Have a super fit super blessed Resurrection Day!!

Life is so much better better with Jesus and his Holy Spirit leading us and guiding us for healthier food choices! Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you up each day!
